What we collect
We collect the name, phone number, email address, enquiry, viewing preferences, consent record, and the listing you asked about. We may also receive a message through WhatsApp or a phone call.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, arrange viewings, maintain lead history, and understand which homes are being considered. Marketing opt-in must remain separate from the consent needed to answer an enquiry.
Website analytics
We count page views and visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. We also record which developments are opened, compared or enquired about, without names or contact details, to understand which homes people are considering.
Retention and sharing
Keep only what is needed for the stated purpose and delete it when the retention period ends. We do not sell enquiry data. Access should be limited to the property team and service providers needed to operate the website.
